Notes - to customers on the original price plan:
* - TopUp values, which give the option for splitting between service credit and calling credit or just calling credit only.
** - TopUp values, which automatically split between service credit and calling credit, no option for calling credit only.
All values will split service credit and calling credit under the 3 day service credit rules.
