To get the network unlock code (NUC) you will need to call customer services on 08700 776655. They will need the serial number (IMEI), you can get this from your phone by entering *#06# - the IMEI will be shown on the screen.

If your phone is less than a year old there will be a charge which will be taken directly from your call credit.
