How do I top up on pay as you go by sending a text?

All you need do is:

• create a new text message
• enter the word topup
• enter a space
• then enter the amount in pounds you want to top up, for example: topup 15
• send the message to 2345 free of charge.

We’ll send you a reply asking for 2 digits of the 4 digit PIN you set up during your card registration.
Once you’ve sent back the required 2 digits, your top-up will be added to your account and a confirmation text will be sent back to you.

To gift a TopUp by text message, simply follow the instructions above, but after the first space add in the name of one of the three friends or relatives you’ve registered for TopUp by text, then add the amount.
