How does the VAT change affect my Online Bill?

We are working hard to ensure that the change in VAT that comes into effect from the 1 December is reflected across the site.

Whilst we make these changes you may see some references in My Account that show the 17.5% VAT rate. However, we have calculated your bill using the correct VAT amount of 15% and this will be reflected when you view it online.

In the interim we are urgently updating the website with the new VAT charge.
