Why’s my bill higher than normal?

There are a few reasons why your bill may be higher than you expect:

  • A promotion may have finished, like a discount on your plan.
  • You may have ordered a new phone or accessories in the past month.
  • You may have made calls while you were abroad, or called international numbers.
  • You may have gone over the minutes, texts or data included in your plan.
  • You may have changed your plan part way through the month.

To help keep your bills down, you can keep track of your usage in My Vodafone, the My Vodafone app or by calling 44555 from your Vodafone mobile. You could also consider adding extras to your plan, or get in touch  to find out about moving to a plan with more minutes, texts or internet.
