I’m leaving Vodafone – what will happen with my bills?

Sorry you’re leaving us.

First of all you need to get in touch to give us 30 days notice.

We may send you a final bill after you’ve cancelled, including calls you made since we worked out your previous bill, or which have only just reached our billing system.

Because we always charge a month in advance, we’ll work out your balance for your monthly plan. We may charge or credit your account, depending on how the calculations work out.

We hope we’ll see you again…
