How do I upgrade?

Simply log in to My Vodafone, get in touch or head into one of our stores to check whether you're eligible.

If you're a business customer, just contact Business customer services.

When you upgrade your phone, we'll give you a new phone and you'll have to start a new plan and sign up to a new agreement with us.

You can also upgrade to a SIM-only plan, which works in just the same way but you won't get a new phone - just a new SIM.
