Can I top up automatically?
Yes. It’s simple to top up your own phone, and you can even top up for ten of your family and friends. It works while you’re abroad, too.
To set it up, just log into My Vodafone, choose the ‘Costs and Usage’ tab, then ‘Automatic TopUps’ and follow the steps.

If you’re registering a card for the first time, you’ll need to top up at least £5 straight away.
We’ll email you to let you know when an Automatic TopUp happens, or you can check by calling * # 1345 # any time you like. It’ll show as ‘Vodafone TopUp’ on your bank statement.
Then you can change things by logging back in to My Vodafone. If you’re changing your debit or credit card, you’ll need to cancel your top ups and set them up again afterwards.
